"Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. The rooms are nice and clean but looking a bit tired now and would be nice to have a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink, there is a large flask in the foyer/lobby but it gets cooler later on, also there's some teas and fruit there when the dinning room is closed. "The breakfast was very fresh, parking was safe but you had to pay extra which is reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Room was extremely warm and had 0 airflow even when the window was open, WiFi did not work in the room at all, we were third floor which could’ve been the issue. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Location was in a good spot very easy to get to the main parts of Berlin. Nothing to nice about it but the hotel is cheap which is a plus"

You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service.
