"No communal area Only place to put luggage is thin gym lockers that my suitcase didn’t fit in and weren’t assigned to anyone but they had names of I’m guessing staff written on them. The pod itself was manageable expect my tv and my reading light and the central panel didn’t work. Also no staff anywhere or available the entire person next to me got locked out their room and we tried to call and message staff and there was no reply we had to physically pick the lock!! Wouldn’t not recommend!!"

"It’s very convenient location. 20 seconds walk from closest station to an hotel, and only takes 5 min to a central station by subway."

"The outside door was always open, the digital lock to the door leading up to the residence was broken so I only had my flimsy room door between myself and the street while the neighborhood did not reallyseem safe. Common bathrooms were filthy, Wi-Fi didnt work and the owners did not respond when I contacted them. There was also rotten meat in the fridge and people sleeping in the lobby"

The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory. - The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...

"A little bit far from city center, but there is a big station nearby, which was convenient. Shared rooms did not have bunk bed, which was very nice. There were many extension cord all over the place in the middle of the room because power plugs were not sufficient. People tripping all the time."
