"Great hotel within walking distance of the railway station and the old town. Situated on the river, it’s a nice walk. Whilst we were given free transportation around the city, we did not take advantage of this as Salzburg is so small and did not cover boat rides along the river. Our room contained a shower/bathroom, coffee machine and kettle, microwave, little stove and fridge. As we were there for only one night we did not take advantage to f this fact but should we stay again I definitely...

"The outside door was always open, the digital lock to the door leading up to the residence was broken so I only had my flimsy room door between myself and the street while the neighborhood did not reallyseem safe. Common bathrooms were filthy, Wi-Fi didnt work and the owners did not respond when I contacted them. There was also rotten meat in the fridge and people sleeping in the lobby"

"No communal area Only place to put luggage is thin gym lockers that my suitcase didn’t fit in and weren’t assigned to anyone but they had names of I’m guessing staff written on them. The pod itself was manageable expect my tv and my reading light and the central panel didn’t work. Also no staff anywhere or available the entire person next to me got locked out their room and we tried to call and message staff and there was no reply we had to physically pick the lock!! Wouldn’t not recommend!!"

"It’s very convenient location. 20 seconds walk from closest station to an hotel, and only takes 5 min to a central station by subway."

"Für ein privates Hostelzimmer war es genau das, was man erwarten kann. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein halbwegs sauberes Zimmer. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht vor Ort und für einen Kurztrip passt Preis/ Leistung gut. Wenn man keine Annehmlichkeiten braucht ist das Hostel sehr zu empfehlen."

"Communication with staff is very poor. Place Senegal location close to stores however accessing the building itself with no on-site reception was difficult. Staff also assigned beds to multiple people and we’re unavailable to communicate with except through WhatsApp kitchen is hardly a kitchen, no stove tops."
