"Our 2nd stay there. Extremely convenient access to train & bus transport (loved new 50 cents per journey tap-on, tap-off system). Suite had some plaster damage at corners, no drawcords on vertical drapes, issues with bathroom basin drain/plug & one plug in kitchen couldn't be used at all. Best feature (again) was use of rooftop spa pools and we felt very secure with card swiping requirement for any access to hotel and use of lifts."
"As I was on my own, I felt safe and other guests very quiet and friendly.
Only downside was a homeless person sitting out the front on the wall all of the time, however didn't bother me in anyway."

"Beautiful room, friendly staff, we were there for our anniversary and they surprised us with a hand written card and a bottle of wine. Highly recommend!"
"We were greeted enthusiastically by the owner, Pete, and felt immediately welcome. As we had never been to Brisbane before (having just flown in from Canada), Pete gave us all kinds of great ideas for enjoying the city. It was easy to hop on the bus to get to South Bank quickly and then hop a ferry to The Star for a nighttime view of the city.

"Stayed on level 82, sky high river view 2br.
Amazing views and lovely clean modern apartment. There was construction happening across the road, but didn’t impact our stay. "
"Staff are amazing nothing was a bother very helpful & obliging.
Only problem was the air conditioning in our room not working effectively.
Rooms very clean & comfortable."
"Checked in after a flight from Cairns where we had a fantastic Marina view room with the sunrise through our balcony to the bed every morning. Of course we knew the high-rise Hyatt Regency was not going to beat that, but a city skyline or river view from a high 15th floor room would be good. We had a 5th floor view of a rear lane. Close the drapes and enjoy the super comfy bed and clever room layout. Plenty of breakfast places within 5 mins walk. Right on the CBD doorstep."
