"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...

"There was a weird atmosphere and very unprofessional. I have stayed in holiday inn express for over 20 years traveling and go there for constant clean beautiful hotels but this was a 2 out of 10! Don’t stay here!"

"We looked forward to getting some rest and relaxation after driving over from Tampa and the first this we noticed when we got to our room were there were dead cockroaches hidden away behind the stand alone chair in the room. After cleaning this ourselves, the curtains over the room didn’t fit over the window causing lightning from the hotel next to use to enter the room all night long. It would have been a better experience if we slept in our car. The wyndham expectations were definitely not met...

"The room was extremely dirty. The towels appeared only partially clean, the curtains were stained, and the bathtub was filthy. There was hair in the bed when we arrived, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. The pool was also filled with sand and poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, consisting mostly of juice and bread items, and guests were required to eat in the breakfast area. "First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor."
