"Communication was great from begging to end. The host send us all proper information via email and what’s app. Lovely place. Clean and all amenities included. Cold ac and it’s fabulous that it’s pet friendly. Rooftop deck is very nice for a cold drink. We were able to cross easily by car to Gibraltar. We ordered their delicious breakfast which it was delivered to our boat by the time we asked. So yummy and we will be back for sure. "

"Everything except breakfast is what a 5 star should be. Breakfast is sit down, which is great. But range of what is on offer like the juices, the protein is limited. Gluten free bread was schar, would expect something better at these prices. Other than that, hotel is faultless. Mediterranean restaurant run by chef Alex is very good. Rooms, better than the best hotels in the world. Clientele- no loud Americans which is a surprising and pleasant break from the rest of the hotels in Europe. "

"Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "
