"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. There was also a broken zipper on the main door but we know how tough that can be to fix and it wasnt an inconvenience. We were most impressed with the showers, WCs and laundry. "OMG, 34 Celsius outside and no air conditioning. I was told that they didn’t start the air conditioning until June. Wasn’t good for sleeping at all. I think the coolest my room got was 27. The other thing I didn’t like was the dirt on the floor. I wasn’t impressed at all. No tissues???? The positive is the staff were pretty good and the distance from the Gibraltar border. Even with those two points, I will never return. Since this was my first experience with Oh!tels, I have to say that the chain is off my list."
