Ground floor had great access to a lovely lawn and the beach. Right across the road from the golf course was very handy.
The unit is right on the waterfront with pathway down to the beach. It is dated but very comfortable and was ideal for us overnighting for scuba diving expedition.
Security box for picking up keys as we had a late arrival Friday and out on Sunday morning so didn’t get to meet any reception staff.
This was a business trip and found it comfortable but a little outdated and a little dusty in areas. I only was given 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and there was no hair dryer. Essentials for business travel. It was ok but not great. It was cold and only scratchy blankets available that were a bit smelly. I probably wouldn’t stay again here.
Not 4 star as advertised
Prescription medication, ointment & vitamins left in kitchen cupboards in unit 3 must be from previous tenants?
Carpark unit 3 is a health and safety risk, has multiple rusty nails sticking out of walls with limited clearance. While opening car door carefully concentrating on not hitting nails I hit my head on rusty iron (looked like old hanging plant hook) sticking out of wall.
Dirty toilet black/brown in the bottom of bowel looks disgusting
No toilet roll holder
Big peeled paint patch on toilet wall
Missing light bulbs bathroom
Toilet roll sitting on toilet pedestal
Less than 5th of paper on toilet roll roll not replaced
Dirty enclosure outside bathroom glass doors, eyesore
Rusty taps in bathroom
Chip out of bathroom vanity
Bath is stained cracked and bit covered up with black nonslip fabric. Looks very old and grotty.
No TV remote control
2bedroom unit booked for 4 people has 3 plates, 3 bowls, 3 coffee mugs.
Dirty small blocked in jail like enclosure outside both bedroom glass doors, eyesore.
Bedside cabinet loose legs unstable.
Advertised as golf course view - unable to see through fixed shutters covered with dirty thick plastic sheeting zip tied down then covered with dirty
Couches in lounge have peeling vinyl surface which scratches your skin, very uncomfortable. Damaged security screen doors not lockable. Strong smell like in unit. Iron cord badly frayed. Broken dishwasher. Dirty cups in cupboard. Front wooden door damage
We booked a golf-view unit and on check in it was a nice surprise to see we were allocated an ocean view upgrade at no extra cost. The unit was terrific, nicely renovated and refreshed, although some external areas are still a work in progress.
The locaton was perfect and close to the beach and a nice little walk to restaurants and shops in town. The downside was the overall comfort of the room for which the price we paid could not be justified we certainty were disappointed in the condition for the furniture and other little things. Firstly the lounge was covered in mismatch rugs which would fall down when we sat on the lounge and we would then be covered in black plastic flakes on our body. The beds although extremely uncomfortable to start with had square foam used as pillows which I have never seen used before and felt a little strange. Several light fittings had missing globes so couldn't be used. The sliding door to the balcony was stiff and got stuck. The tongs were non existent in the kitchen so think they need to get some for next people who intend to cook. Also some of the food left out on the bench such as breakfast cereal and mango got infested with ants so I had to throw away. They will need to get someone out to fix that as not something you would expect for the overinflated price we paid for 2 nights stay. Hopefully the feedback is used positively and what has beab mentioned be fixed for the comfort of the best visitors

We booked through Wotif because the room was described as having a combined shower/tub and we have two children aged 2 and under. Unfortunately upon arrival, we discovered there was no bath in our room. Hotel staff were nice about it but there was little that could be done as they were fully booked. The room was otherwise fine except the couches were in bad disrepair and peeling. We have contacted Wotif about the incorrect description of the room and are awaiting a response.
This hotel was spacious and clean. The only drawback was the check in check out. There isn't anyone at reception and you have to contact them by phone then go to another facility to get your keys.
Had a lovely time here. Doesn't look much from the exterior but the unit we stayed in was excellent. Super comfortable and very clean. Will definitely consider again in the future.
Wi-Fi didn't work, TV didn't work, Hot water system flooded. Couldn't see any staff any time and still waiting for receipt as was there for work. Nice and handy to beautiful beach though. Definitely far too expensive for what you get.

The hotel was just around 20 meters to the beach. Plenty of room for the kids.
