"Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with check in as the front desk staff told us the incorrect entrance to unload our luggage. Other than that, the staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. We had a loft suite which was plenty of room for our family of 4. The only issue was that the air conditioner was not able to cool the upstairs bedroom. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in the suite as we were able to have breakfast before we set out for the day. This hotel is within walking distance to Downtown Lake Geneva and many restaurants and fast food places. A Walmart and Aldi were less than 10 minutes drive. Would definitely return here!"

"A couple of negative comments: 1. Why are handicapped accessible rooms the farthest away from the front desk and elevator? 2. The grab bar in the shower was not attached at the bottom so you could not hold onto it without possibly ripping it off the wall. 3. TV channel selection was rather limited."

"This is just the property that you would want all the property to look like and stay in. It was an excellent stay. Very clean, prime location, friendliest staff and great breakfast. Rooms very exceptionally clean and after long drive, slept like a baby. Overall, wonderful experience"
Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark

"We recently stayed at Timber Ridge Lodge and overall there were definitely some things we really enjoyed, along with a few areas that could use improvement. One thing I really appreciated was having a full-size refrigerator and an electric stovetop in the room. The kitchen was also stocked with silverware, plates, cups, and even pots for cooking. We brought food with us for the kids, so having an actual kitchen setup instead of just a mini fridge was extremely convenient for our family. The room itself was a good size, but it could definitely use some updating and a deeper cleaning in certain areas. The kitchen sink had quite a bit of limescale buildup. The whirlpool/jacuzzi-style tub was another concern. There appeared to be mold or mildew buildup around some of the jet openings, and the drains looked like they could use a really thorough scrub. The pull-out couch turns into a queen-size bed, which sounded great in theory, but unfortunately it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on it the first night and my husband slept on it the second night, and we both had the same experience. If youโre planning on using the sofa bed for an adult, I would definitely keep that in mind. On the positive side, the waterpark was great! The kids really enjoyed it, and that was definitely one of the highlights of our stay."
