"The Hotel is located on a beautiful island. The beach is incredible. The staff was OK but you ate at the mercy of their time schedule. We had a lot of No’s. The rooms are fair. Could’ve been more clean. The airport drop off is way too early. We spent a long time at the airport with only 1 terminal. It’s unnecessary. The boats to town are 45 min away so be prepared for that. The tours are over priced through the hotel. Very very over priced. 3-4 x the cost outside. Staff was friendly. ...

"I had a wonderful week at Sangat Island Dive Resort. Really I cannot overstate how special the place is. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable (no problem without air conditioning, there is a lovely breeze), the food is delicious, the location is beautiful and so peaceful, and the dive shop is fantastic It was beyond my expectations, just perfect. "Pool under construction not finished. The speed boat to pick you up or to back and forth is $30 each way. . Beautiful view . Very limited selection food wise and prices are soo high. "

"A great small place to stay, staff are friendly. The only thing is the TV is not working, wifi is not good and no menu for breakfast. Other than that everything is close to all amenities. Great experience overall definitely will come back to this place."

"Nice and close to the main street, bit of a hilly walk but the staff are very nice and helpful. Fan room is okay with shared bathroom, I recommend the air con rooms. Sparky their pet puppy took my sock that I left outside though so keep your socks inside. Would stay again! In the air con rooms 👍"

Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....

"Checking in was a bit of a hassle. The caretakers couldn’t find my reservation and then had to contact the owner of the property who also couldn’t find my reservation. When it was finally found they tried to place us in a different room with a shared bathroom than what I originally booked. I had to show my reservation again and say that I wanted the room I paid for that had the private bathroom. This was remedied but took some time. "

"You get what you pay for. Good for a couple of days stay in Coron. The room gets extremely hot with no AC on and when you turn it on it’s extremely loud. The toilet is tiny and once you take a shower, the whole toiled soaks in water. A part from that, it’s central and well located."
