"There is no one in the property, it is self service but they are a phone call away. Location is very convenient to the train station less than 10 minute walk and the grocery store. It is safe as well and the unit we have was clean."

"The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "The view over the water is so beautiful it was like a fairytale. Staff was very helpful and excellent communication. Not much to really do in Singen itself but it is so close to Lake Constance where there are many activities. "
