Owner of hotel needs to do random check

The housekeeping staff very lazy as hardly cleaned the room as just change the pillow case and never change bedsheets for 2 nights as I reprimanded him(Bangladeshi) as I the stained on bedsheet when I checked in the hotel noticed it. So the next I when off early for breakfast n came back after lunch around 3pm noticed he did not change the bedsheet again. On the next day I asked him he told a white lies he did.
