"The location of this hotel is perfect. SPA area and Roof top pool is beautiful. Rooms are a good size and if you have Sea view it’s a very beautiful view. Items I did not like. Bath towels are thread bare almost torn Tea facilities in both room and restaurants was not brilliant only builders tea available and old kettle in rooms Food was very tasty in main restaurant but nothing to shout home about. All inclusive drinks are off the tap wine and pre-mix carton cocktails (bring your own if you are fussy) Members of staff are not that helpful. It was good value for money and would rate it as a 3 star hotel"

"Breakfast had plenty of choice and was warm and fresh. Rooms, clean and made up every day. Bar, staff needed training or a little help with certain drinks, especially when paying a little more for and Aperol Sprtiz and Margaritas but no big deal. "

"Checked in and straight back out again!!! Was dark and dirty , full of bugs all over the room , curtain pole hanging on with something could have fell at any point. Bathroom floor wet through. Wouldn’t wanna know what’s in the bed. Dirty and a waste of money don’t bother !!!!"

"The hotel and the room were both excellent. We were very satisfied — everything was clean and new, and the beds were comfortable. There was an option to have breakfast in the neighboring hotel; the breakfast was the same every day, fairly average. The hotel had a rooftop pool as well as one on the ground floor, shared with the neighboring hotel, which also has another indoor heated pool and a rooftop hot tub. The location was great, suitable for children and families. It’s quite a quiet area. We definitely recommend it."

"I really enjoyed my time at the Relax Inn Hotel it is in the perfect spot for getting around The Classic Car Museum, The National Aquarium, The Main Bus Terminal, The Hop on Hop off Bus Stops, & The Boat Jetty are all within moderate walking distance. Sadly the main square was closed for street works which I didn't know about before I went & has been for the last 6 months but I'm told it will all be done by June. There are numerous restaurants, clubs & bars nearby so many in fact you could pick a different one every night. I tried several during my stay & enjoyed them all from a quick stop for ice cream or a smoothie to cool down to a full blown Sunday roast with wine or a lovely sea bass lunch the choices are infinate. The rooms are a reasonable size & clean as are the bathrooms with handy universal plug sockets right next to the bed so no european adaptor required & excellent air conditioning which I made good use of after coffee on the balcony when I got too hot. The continental buffet breakfast has something for everyone the lady in charge of it is a marvel as are all the staff absolute stars they are an extremely helpfull, happy, friendly team who work hard to make your stay enjoyable & everyone of them goes the extra mile pointing out places of interest & giving you detailed instructions on the fastest & cheapest way to get there. It may be a 3 star hotel but it's staff are 5 star all the way."
