"This has been one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. Since checking in on Friday for spring break, it has been nothing but issues. It took an entire day just to receive extra washcloths and towels that were requested. The biggest problem is that there has been no hot water since this morning when we tried to shower. No one from the hotel informed guests that there was an issue with the hot water, which is extremely frustrating. Because of this, we had to cancel plans we already paid for today since we couldn’t even get ready. Overall, the lack of communication and basic service has been very disappointing. I believe a refund or some form of compensation is absolutely deserved for the inconvenience and the money we lost due to canceled plans"
