"I thought this hotel was going to be much better, but it was HORRIBLE. The mattresses were terrible—it was impossible to sleep—and you could hear so much noise from the hallways. The bathroom was dirty, and even though breakfast was supposed to be included, they charged us an extra $50 for two children. ..."

"When we came to the hotel, we were first placed in a corner room with a window to the corner of the staircase where we couldn't get any light. The front desk lady nicely helped us switch rooms. The rooms were decent, but they did not have any liquid soap to wash our body with, and the staff mentioned ..."
