Property is really becoming rundown and is not being maintained well. The lock on my suite door (room 403) was not working. The ac in the bedroom was loud and was not cooling the room down. The “motion detection” temperature control is very obnoxious. It will stop cooling your room down to your set point if you don’t keep walking past the sensor! The tv remote was not working and neither was the tv. There were stains on the floor and on the furniture.

Perfect stay!!

The room was perfect!! It was very spacious with a small kitchen area loaded with everything you need to cook a meal. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean!! I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel!! Sabrina, Dominic and Gabriel and the rest of the front desk staff are great and they really provide excellent customer service. Service is wonderful and breakfast is just right, with coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Will be back again soon!

Sketchy, felt unsafe

When checking out I discovered that I was able to access my room with no key. I was actually able to come in and out of my room without a key swab, which means that somehow the code was deactivated on my door. I have also been suspicious of the maintenance guy who works there. Definitely felt like my safety was at risk the last time I stayed here.
