"Arrived at 9pm and they didn't have any clean rooms. Finally gave us room, went up to it and they were still cleaning. After cleaners left we enter to find previous occupants stuff still in the room and floor very dirty. AC vent is in the bathroom which made using it very cold only in there. Remote to tv didn't work, called front desk they said ok but never sent a replacement. We had to go down to get towls as only 1 was left in the room and we are a family of 4. "The room was full of construction dust, uneven shower floor, toilet handle sticking with water running and breakfast was late on the weekend. Bed was really comfortable, lovely automatic blinds (but no instructions), TV size was good, nice cable services. "

The check in staff were atrocious. No friendly greeting, no here’s our WiFi, directions to the elevator or our room…RUDE. "Expected a lot more for the price!! The overall feeling when you walk in the door is that you’re at a below average hotel. It’s kind of dark and humid in the lobby, not super clean. The bathtub was chipped all on the floor, there were orangish brown stain in the tub. My son said the hot tub was like an ice bath and the pool was like a hot tub. There were ants all around the indoor pool. They even put up a sign on the door that the pool was broken as he was in it, but didn’t ask him to...

"Room was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful. Food was very good. Really liked that you could request fried eggs. They were as ordered. Again want to note how friendly the entire breakfast staff was and how they all went out of their way to great you and ask if they could help."
