El edificio tiene sus años y preferimos usar las escaleras. Le falta mantenimiento. El personal que nos atendió al llegar fue desagradable, el del día siguiente ya fue un poco más amable.

Good value, excellent location
This hotel is one step up from “no frills” and so offers good value in an excellent location. Rooms are fairly basic, but clean and comfortable enough. The staff are welcoming and genuinely helpful. Wifi is patchy in the rooms, but ok in the hallways and lobby. Breakfast doesn’t offer a lot of variety, but there is plenty on hand to fill up for a days sightseeing. I would choose to stay there again.

Nice hotel with wonderful people at front desk. The room was very cold and the heater was not enough to warm it. The breakfast was poor, no fruit at all. Internet at room was very weak. Besides that the hotel has Excellent location and at good price

Best value right in the city center
The hotel looks old dated and needs some re-modeling to meet the trend. But they have the best location you could have in a big city, right in the center, close to metro, cross-street of the opera, etc. the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is fine too.

Perfect location and great value
This hotel is an extremely good value for the price I paid. Nothing fancy but really there's nothing to criticize either. Good bathroom, working AC and elevator, breakfast didn't have hot dishes but was fully equal to what I found in most other hotels in Argentina. The location is terrific. Very central, across from Teatro Colon and a few blocks from the obelisk, it's at the hub of the transport system and easy walk to theater row. Good staff. Antiquated computer system meant I had a problem at check in; try to have a printout of your reservation.

There was no working wi-fi in the room; I had to let the hot water tap run for more than 10 minutes before taking a shower because water was cold; breakfast was OK.

Great location, breakfast included and walking distance to iconic places in Buenos Aires. However, wifi included in the rooms (as listed in the web page) does not work as needed (only works in the lobby) really restrains those who are here for business and need good internet access. Rooms are ok, little humid odor in the bathrooms and towels and linens. Concierge services are good. Staff members try to assist all clients. That is a plus. Verygood breakfast! Room for improvement: staff meetings discussing steamy issues should not be brought up in front of costumers or in offices near costumers. Discussions not pleasant in front of costumers. Consider including more routers to improve internet signal and air freshners/new air filters in the rooms.

Quiet hotel - Great location.
We stayed at Vaisui on three separate occasions during our weeks in Argentina. It's certainly not the most modern of hotels but its proximity to the city is an absolute winner. Restaurants and eateries are within a couple of minutes walk and Florida Ave pedestrian way is only a few blocks down. Its location is also a little run down - but, hey, this is Buenos Aires - yet we never felt threatened in the area, even late at night. Rooms were always clean and roomy and staff were excellent. Would I stay there again? Most certainly!!

The hotel is well situated near public transit and some major attractions. (Obelisco, Teatro Colon). The hotel is clean although the rooms are small and lack a chair. The WIFI is free and generally, good. There are many types of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. I liked the fact that the hotel had Argentinian and foreign tourists staying there. The only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast . It rarely include fresh fruit and good quality baked products. The dining area was small and often crowded.

Buenos Aires great little Hotel
We found the hotel well located just minutes walk to Flórida cale shopping. The yellow cita tour bus is 10 minutes walk to the ticket office on Flórida. Itau bank close by has cash machines. The Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is typical South American style and was great. We used the hotel as a base, returning 3 times in our travels. We would come back again for sure. "happy Kiwis".

Viasui - in Centro
Very close for walking to Plaza de Mayo. Recoleta is about 30 minute walk. San Telmo about 30 min walk. Hotel service is good, english well spoken. Wireless free and available but horrible signal on the 4th floor. Ants in bathroom. Not a great place, but serves its purpose with a good location for most parts of BA except for Palermo

Nice Hotel and nice staff.
Staff were very helpful with us, being non spanish speakers. Room was clean and a fair size. AC was good and noise from the street was not too bad.. the only negative being that there was no table or chairs in the room. no where to place things, but other than that, it was all good. Location was very handy and we would recommend this hotel.

El lugarcito más acogedor del mundo.
No es un hotel moderno, no es el mas lindo de mundo, pero puedo asegurar que es maravilloso. Los funcionarios son muy gentiles, educados, colaboradores. Se respira un aire de paz y tranquilidad como si estuvieras en tu casa con tu familia. El hotel está en el corazón palpitante de Buenos Aires, muy bien localizado, cerca de todo. Una zona segura y todo muy lindo. Si vuelvo, tengo la seguridad de que me quedaré nuevamente allí. Estoy muy agradecido por todo y guardaré en mi memoria, para siempre, la buena atención y todo el cariño y cuidado que allí recibí. Un abrazo a todos y gracias por todo.
