Yes, everything is great. The only improvement I can think of is the room could use a little more sweeping and mopping. Other than that, everything is good. Thank you Viajero Buenos Aires!
This was by far my best hostel experience in Buenos Aires! The staff are amazing , special call out to Geronimo who was fantastic.
The facilities are great with lots to do, daily events , games , pool etc.
the food in the restaurant is good . My only gripe was the beds as it’s a plastic covered mattress which i didn’t find very comfortable, but most people are just here for 1 or 2 days .
Area is great

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great activities.
Staff super friendly particularly Carolina and Carlos.
The activity staff was excellent and never not something to do.
Easy to meet people.
I stayed in a single room which was excellent but others enjoyed their dorm rooms.
The resident DJs are excellent and there is music .
The pools and decks were another bonus and last but not least the two resident lobby cats Taylor and Jaguar were ambassadors offering themselves for pets .
San Telmo is vibrant location .
Would definitely return .
No shampoo, sometimes too noisy with super loud music until late hours. Confusion about check in hours. Clean, but some mold. Spacious room, clean cement floor. Free luggage storage. Good dining and breakfast options around. Some tourist attractions 5-10-20 min of walk.
I really enjoyed my stay and found that it was great value. The room was comfortable and I liked that the hostel had a swimming pool.

The quality definitely isn’t worth how expensive this place is. The location in San Telmo isn’t bad but there isn’t much to do within walking distance and you’ll need to Uber/taxi to the more interesting places to see, eat, drink etc.
The vibe doesn’t feel very welcoming or social. Hostel staff talked mainly amongst themselves than with any travelers. The food at the cafe downstairs tasted straight up microwaved. The tours and events organized here weren’t fun. The walking tours of San Telmo and La Boca had a boring guide and half of us left the tour early to explore on our own. Hostel-organized trips to bars/clubs were confusing because staff wouldn’t clearly communicate the plan or sometimes not even go with the group.
What especially bothered me was the service. I got a random cancellation notification while I was ON my flight to BA, without them ever reaching out to me. I had to frantically message them to make sure I had a place to stay. Then later on my trip, I had a sudden emergency and I tried to talk to staff, but they didn’t respond for 2 days despite repeatedly messaging on Whatsapp. When I finally just said I had to leave early, they immediately replied which just made me think they were eager to get the room re-rented to double their money. They couldn’t care less about communicating.
On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked. But for the high cost you’re much better off staying at another hostel or even getting a hotel room.
I had a great stay. I booked a private room which was worth the price (a little pricier than other hostels). Everything was clean and smelled nice. There are a lot of activities to do and I wish I could have participated more if I wasn’t sick. I would say that this is a great place to meet people and is lots of fun. On the weekend, the party went till late. Staff were all very helpful and the pool was great when hot out. They have a WhatsApp group to announce activities and so people can communicate with one another. It was very close to many restaurants and easy to walk to Centro and puerto madero area. The breakfast was convenient. However, what they say they offer and what I saw as part of the buffet were very different. I would recommend staying here overall.
