Not to be relied upon!

We had booked this hotel several months in advance of our trip to Argentina - one night when we arrived and one night before we left. The first night went well, friendly staff, nice place but when we returned to Buenos Aires 3 weeks later we worked out as there was nobody on reception, that our booking had been cancelled and the hotel was only open to long stay residents. There was no mention of this happening when we were there on our first night! At 8pm we had to then sort out new accommodation and organise a taxi to get there - luckily one of our phones worked in Argentina!

Excellente situation. Belle architecture. Malheureusement assez bruyant et nécessiterait d'être un peu rénové : les photos sont avantageuses mais depuis les chambres ont vieilli.

Hold style ma veramente datato

Io ho avuto problemi con il bagno cieco, non funzionava il ventilatore del bagno. Lampadario con 6 lampade ma una sola funzionava. Il terzo giorno nulla era stato riparato, ho chiesto sostituzione camera ma ho avuto una camera piu piccola con letto da 140. La coazione molto parca solo cose dolci e di pessima qualita. Io non tornero in questo hotel e non lo consiglio.

Location, location, location.

It was a bit noisy since we overlooked the street. Ask for an "inside" room. It was clean but dated. A couple of things didnt work properly but it was an ok place to stay for 3 nights. The breakfast is nothing....coffee and toast.

NO RECOMENDABLE.

El hotel no es recomendable en lo mas minimo, una cosa es un hotel boutique y otra cosa es una cosa vieja, mal ubicado, elegí la habitación de lujo, no me quiero imaginar la común. El conserje no tenia ni lapicera para hacer el check in , el colchón viejo, baño feo, pisos sucios, desayuno malo. En fin no volveré seguro.

Muito boa hospedagem de 3 noites.

Localização muito boa. O estacionamento é bem perto, cerca de 10m da entrada do hotel e custa 50 pesos por 24 horas. O staff é gentil. Só não gostei de entrar no prédio e não encontrar nenhuma placa dizendo que a recepção ficava no 3 andar. O resto, tudo bom. Recomendo.

Falta de energia elétrica

O hotel não possui energia elétrica. Tive que subir cinco andares, por meio das escadas, vez que o elevador não estava funcionando. Hotel era bem diferente do que apresentava nas fotos, era um local escuro e a faixada parecia lugar abandonado.

Viejo e incómodo.

No me gustó, las camas son viejas, de elásticos, muy incómodas para dormir. Había mal olor, todo rechinaba, el piso de madera, la cama. En las fotos todo parece muchísimo más lindo de lo que realmente te encontrás. Tuvimos que pasar la noche ahí porque llegamos muy tarde, pero fueron muy amables al dejarnos cancelar la reserva. No volvería. En lugar de antiguo, yo diría viejo. La calle muy ruidosa, para un colectivo en la puerta.

Recepcionistas do hotel muito atenciosas,principalmente a Gabriela que nos ajudou muito ,Wi-fi funciona bem quarto limpo com uma cama confortável . Café da manhã muito fraco e repetitivo na banheira cortinas que plástico que eu odeio e acho meio anti-higiênico do quarto escutasse qualquer barulho do lado de fora ,até mesmo de cima do quarto pois o hotel funciona em um prédio residencial,para mim um hotel duas estrelas !

Hotel super aconchegante!

O hotel possui ótima localização em relação aos locais turístico de Buenos Aires. É um hotel que cumpre o que propõe. Super aconchegante e além disso todos do hotel foram bem solícitos, em especial a Sara, que nos atendeu a maior parte do tempo nos ajudando com reserva de restaurante e solicitação de táxis.

Charming historic property in BA

I stayed here on my first night in BA and will return for a stay on my last night too. I can't say enough good things. The hotel is lovely, historic, charming, well appointed. Rooms have en suite toilets and showers (albeit a little small). I felt as if I was staying in a home, not a hotel. Common areas are lovely and breakfast is complimentary. The best asset is the staff- they are incredibly friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to assist with anything- even calling to make boat/bus reservations. They are a slew of information (especially Gabriella & Guillermo). I highly recommend this property!

Great place

If it wasn't for the staff, I probably would have rated this place as average. But thanks to them , the stay here was well beyond average! Shout out to Kevin, Leonardo and Guillermo for making my stay there very pleasant. I've been solo traveling for a couple months now and these guys were approachable and offered lots of insights on everything BA. I received great knowledge of good attractions and restaurants to see and eat from there. Location was great. Nearby lots of attractions and good restaurants. My room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable along with a balcony to smoke at. Breakfast was normal and did its job of filling me up. Wifi worked fine for all four days I stayed there. Bathroom got drenched in water everytime I took a shower. But dried up pretty quickly after. You have to buzz in and out of the building, which sometimes irritated me because I hate having to bother the staff every single time I went in and out. I barely used it but the TV was very outdated Overall, for the price I paid, I believe it was worth it and I would gladly stay here again if it stayed the same!

Great location

It's in a great location,rooms are with huge 12 foot ceilings so not ideal in summer as the air conditioner was not working in ours. The hotel is on the third floor of an old building.The service was good and staff was helpful.If you're looking for a budget hotel close to downtown its for you,you can walk to most places like Theatro Colon.Avenue Corrientes is a couple of minutes walk and has a lot of eateries and the closest subte Callao.
