The staff here was friendly and took great care of us. We needed to contact them several times to arrange transportation and they always responded quickly. The transportation was excellent. I highly recommend the Miravida Soho for exceptional service

Service outstanding. Very good and freshly prepared breakfast. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated and advised. We were also accommodated when we asked to leave the room at 1pm instead of 11am. Reservations for dinner were made from the front desk even when the restaurant was fully booked on line. For sure the service couldn’t be better! Unfortunately, This is a very small boutique hotel with rooms and bathrooms a bit too small for what we were looking for. Also, no face towel, only hand towels and shower towels. One more thing missing is Kleenexes, no tissues in room or bathroom. Walls are very thin, we were woken up twice at night from other clients going to their rooms and in the morning at 7am, I’m guessing from the cleaning personnel? All balconies face a central courtyard with tables that can be noisy. It it wasn’t for the size of the rooms and the noise caused by the actual structure of the building, I would return without concerns.

The staff of Miravida were amazing, so helpful with recommendations, exchanging currency, providing a bus/metro pass, booked transportation, making delicious coffee… the list goes on. It was a wonderful hotel with an even more wonderful staff.

The staff at Miravida is what makes this place a gem! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and SO helpful! We especially loved Valentina and Carolina. Many stores, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, but the street Miravida is on is quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

This is a really sweet little hotel - converted from a mansion. The staff is very thoughtful and tries to accomodate the guests in every way. The location is superb beging adjacent to Plermo Soho but on a quiet street. Everything is a few blocks away. By the way, Palermo Soho is more interesting than it's namesake in New York! We would definately stay here again.

Wonderful staff, great location, fabulous breakfast, although some rooms are rather small if trying to accommodate two regular size suitcases, BUT the bed is very comfortable, the rooms open to the outside, and the downstairs is really comfortable.

Lovely property in an Interesting part of town with plenty of local restaurants and boutiques. But it is not the location or the building that make Miravida such a wonderful place to stay; it is the people on the staff. They are simply AMAZING !!! Pamela and her team look after you as if you are long-lost family. I can’t remember ever staying at a place where the staff’s concern for my well-being was as manifestly authentic as it was at Miravida.

Miravida is a lovely and quaint little hotel. The staff was outstanding, warm and very helpful. Our room was beautiful with a loft bedroom and pullout sofa-bed in the small livingroom. All beds were very comfortable. The bathroom included a large and luxury shower. We began our days with complimentary coffee and a beautifully presented and delicious breakfast in the courtyard patio. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend Miravida!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location and staff were amazing. The cafe was also very cute and convenient. The wifi was spotty at times but only a small amount. Overall, strong recommendation!

Great Location, Great Wine, Fabulous Staff
We were thrilled with our stay at this hotel, from the neighborhood location on a tree-lined cobblestone street to the most amazingly attentive and gracious service we've received in a long time (and we've stayed at many nice hotels in the recent past, including the Ritz). The bed and room were comfortable, the bathroom was nicely appointed and clean, and the wine was fantastic. Private, secure, comfortable - a home away from home. We'd like to especially thank Miraelana (sp?) for the over-the-top service and care she gave us.

Awful attitude. No flexibility when booked on a flexible rate - cancelled the room yet the hotel charged me anyway with the excuse of ‘we can’t afford not to have you stay’. It sounds like they’re having some financial difficulties if they have to resort to this, would suggest avoiding them.

Dear Noel, As discussed by email, we try our best to understand our guest needs and in this case, as we received the cancellation at 6pm on the check in day, we were not able to cancel the reservation without charge. You booked a flexible rate that has cancellation policies. This is not due to financial issues but rather for being a small hotel. As explained, cancellations have a big impact on us as we cannot sell cancelled room to other guests and in your case the room remained empty. We liked the prospect of a cozy “boutique” hotel looking for a personalized service, and Miravida was spot on in this regard. Also both, Rosario and Juliana in front desk: I would grant 5-stars to both of them! Their attention to our needs, readiness to help out, communication skills, etc have been a plus all along. Also location is exceptional, walking distance to subway, as well as proximity to restaurants of all kinds. For our stay we pursued the penthouse (the most expensive room), as we wanted more space for a 9-night long stay in BA. It was here where the shortcomings started to come along... Even though the hotel has an elevator, it only goes up to 2nd floor, so in order to access the penthouse it is needed to climb another floor of stairs. Furthermore, the penthouse is subdivided in two separate floors, bathroom on lower floor and the bedroom on upper floor... Tricky in the middle of the night. Also, even though penthouse has two TV-sets, only the one in the bedroom had a cable box, the other TV downstairs unusable. No mirrors, except for the half mirror in the bathroom with no direct lighting for make up, neither lighting in shower. No enough closet space: bedroom has some sort of a “office desk - small closet” which is neither a desk nor a full closet. As a result, we opted to keep our stuff in our bags... And we were just the two of us! All in all, we confirmed our expectations for a cozy place, still room lacked space, appropriate furniture, and overall comfort.

About three weeks prior to my stay, I received an email notifying me the hotel would be closed for renovations during my stay. Miravida notified me that they would be transferring my reservation to a similar hotel in Palermo. Check-in at the other hotel was effortless and Miravida even had a bottle of wine in my room apologizing for any convenience. That is amazing customer service! I would definitely look to stay at Miravida again when visiting Buenos Aires.

Amazing!
This place is so cute! We had an amazing room with a little balcony. The people were incredibly nice too! They helped us with everything and were so sweet. We had a wonderful time and loved the neighborhood too! The wine bar was great too!
