The hotel was convenient, good for the price. The staff was kind and helpful. The elevators were old and noisy, but worked well. We did not like the shower design, a lot of water leaked out of the shower and we had to use several floor towels everyday.

A big disappointment was the breakfast that was supposed to be included for which I was charged US$20 upon checking out for breakfast. Breakfast was fine but certainly not worth anywhere near $20 let alone when it was supposed to be included per Expedia website

Minha estadia foi razoável. O melhor foi o atendimento da recepção. Os demais razoável. Nao tem tomada modelo brasileiro na habitação. Café da manha básico e durante 5 noites nao mudou nada. A localização e boa, perto de tudo da Recoleta.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização , próximo a avenida 9 de julho e Corrientes ( a rua que não dorme), próximo de farmácia, universidade,praça, estacionamento pago embaixo da praça,ônibus City tour passa a 300 metros do hotel, pizzaria, cafeteria, galeria pacífico a aproximadamente 1 quilômetros,etc… Cama confortável, café deixava a desejar todos os dias às mesmas opções. Alguns funcionários atenciosos, outros não, mas cada um tem seu jeito e trabalha da forma que a empresa permite, todos os dias tinha limpeza no quarto. O elevador barulhento dava susto, mas não deu pra ficar preso.

O hotel está em reforma, e o barulho é insuportável em algumas situações. O cheiro de pó de obras toma conta dos ambientes. Os andaimes e materiais de obras sao as vistas da janela. O café da manha é bom sim, o atendimento dos funcionários realmente foi muito bom, atenciosos. O ponto alto do hotel é sua localização. Pra quem gosta de andar, ele é acessível a quase todos os pontos turísticos da cidade, e os mais distantes, tem metrô a 5 quadras de distancia.

Fizemos uma viagem em casal e passamos 4 dias. O hotel é bem novo. A estadia foi ótima, o quarto estava bem limpo, com ar condicionado bom, o banheiro com chuveiro, onde em buenos aires é dificil achar um que não seja banheira, por serem antigos. O café da manhã era bom, com frutas e medialunas. Não tenho reclamações. Conseguimos fazer tudo no microcentro a pé, chegavamos no obelisco em 10 minutos e na Av. Corrientes em 10 minutos também, e na Rua Florida em 15. Realmente valeu a pena.

O hotel é bem localizado e os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos. Porém estava em reforma e o barulho incomodou bastante. O quarto, apesar de espaçoso, não era muito confortável, com móveis bem antigos. A iluminação não era boa, bem ruim para fazer maquiagem, não tinha ferro de passar roupas e nem sequer uma poltrona para descanso. No banheiro faltam mais suportes para pendurar toalhas. O box do banheiro é daqueles que vão só até a metade, mas é bem pequeno fazendo com que a água se espalhasse pelo chão, alagando o banheiro todo. Senti falta de amenities básicas, como lenço de papel, touquinha para banho e espelho de aumento para maquiagem. Tb senti falta de acessibilidade na entrada do hotel e no acesso ao restaurante.

Fomos surpreendidos positivamente! A estadia foi muito confortável o quarto é bem limpo e organizado! Ponto positivo para o abajur que carrega o celular por indução. Ótima localização para tudo. Os funcionários foram super simpáticos e atenciosos, o que ajuda muito quando estamos em um país que não conhecemos. Se voltarmos a Buenos Aires nos hospedaremos lá novamente.

O hotel é bem localizado. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e ajudam com informações e direções pela cidade. Único inconveniente é que o box do chuveiro não tem porta e molha o banheiro. Mas ficamos muito satisfeitas com o hotel.
