Stayed for 21 days; nice, safe area, poor communication; had water leaks and when it was reported no one responded until several days later; no washer and dryer to wash clothes. If you do stay I recommend the bar on the other side of the street called on Tap craft beer; they have great food and best prices on the block / street.

Great neighborhood but is not a place to replace many parties at the night the windows are not insolated correctly.

Nice area, closed to variety of dining options, easy to move around, plenty of transportation options. The apartment was on very good condition and communication was the key to get in and out. Thank you

I did not receive the instructions and communicate by phone was impossible for me, Expedia help desk helped us and get the instructions

Very good place to stay. Comfortable, clean, accessible. The elevator broke at least twice in my stay and I needed to use the stairs. The apartment is complete. You can cook easy meals, the smart tv allows to connect youtube and netflix. The area around is full of restaurants, bars, microbreweries, coffe shops, etc. Lively and safe. Nearby access to public transportation.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It was properly furnished. The building is accessible with a level entrance and elevator. The elevator had technical issues while I was staying and had to climb stairs for 5 floors. The fix took at least 12 - 18 hours. Internet was fast and only crashed once in three days and the host quickly responded to my messages.

The location of the property is unbeatable. The apartment had a very comfortable size and everything you might need for a pleasant stay. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning both in the living room and the bedroom. I will definitely be back!

Great choice!
Only a one-night stay but great overall. Only thing missing is a microwave but small detail compared to the great condition of the place and location it offers.

Súper ubicado y el apartamento equipado con lo necesario. Personalmente la cama no me fue tan cómoda, se hundía y se mantenía así pero dormí bien. Agregaría un horno de microondas, me hizo falta pero no fue grave, hay estufa. El espacio es muy amplio y el diseño me gustó. Muy cómodo para mi estancia. Muchas gracias.

o tamanho é otimo e os móveis idem o chuveiro não ficava quente por muito tempo e os lençóis e toalhas era muito velhos. Os travesseiros também. Falta um microondas.

Al departamente le faltan muebles. No hay una mesa ni sillas en las cuales hacer alguna actividad. No hay sillas en la habitación en las cuales poner ropa o simplemente ventilar las sábanas. Le pedí a la persona que administra que me proveyera de al menos una mesa de plástico con sillas, pero o tuve éxito. Una pena. La zona es muy linda, pero en mi caso buscaría otras alternativas la próxima vez.
