"Customer service was outstanding. Philippe arranged our tour to Cristo Rey, Allowed us to checked out an hour late, gave us a room upgrade, and on and on. Very beautiful and unique hotel with rooftop restaurant and a retracting roof. I have never stayed at a hotel like this. And fantastic breakfast!!"
