Just plain rude
I have traveled to numerous countries in the past 2 years and understand there is a difference in cultures in different countries. But the stay here had some of the most rude people running the hotel. I would not recommend staying here at all.

They have an unique wooden made architecture, with such a beautiful interior and exterior design. Offering traditional food for dinner and breakfast and so conveniently located just next to my car rental agent, I am sorry for not discovering this pension much earlier!

Near the airport
The rooms were clean. This is a busy place near the airport and customers are coming and going all the time. So we could not sleep until 3am because people were pulling their wheely suitcases just outside our windows/doors. It's very loud, at least the staff could remind them not to do it.

Very difficult to get there by public transport. Pleasant enough for one night but in an industrial zone. Quite noisy as people are leaving for early flights. However, although there were no amenities, tea coffee or toiletries, it’s reasonable value.

A lovely family owned gem!
The location to the airport is wonderful and the room was spacious and clean! Check in was not a problem and the service was very good! I could stay there for a couple of nights, but not too much longer, as there doesn't seem to be much around there to see and do! However, the grounds were beautiful with lots of well cared for flowering plants! The restaurant did not offer a long list of choices, but the food was excellent and the service was great Anita, the server was so sweet! The goulash soup was wonderful! I felt like I was staying at my grandmother's home! Homey and warm! As we sat on the patio having dinner, we were blessed with a beautiful sunset! A perfect send off to our wonderful trip to Budapest! I would definitely stay there again, if I need to be at the airport early morning!

This hotel was cheap and amazing for the price. A few things could have been better though. First, there were no amenities such as shampoo or body soap Second, the AC was only blowing hot air. It was pretty hot the entire night. Third, The pillows were quite uncomfy. They had clumps of what seemed to be cotton and they were pretty hard to sleep with. Overall this place is good for a quick stay during a layover but could have easily been 5 stars if they fixed these small problems

The receptionist, Csorba Botond, was very disrespectfully taking to me. It was the worst service I had ever. He was very disorganized as well that I had to wait him outside in the coldness.

The only advantage of this place is its proximity to the airport. Otherwise, it is like a run-down motel, at least the room we got. Very different from the pictures on their website. The beds were old, creaky and the mattress was a simple slab of hard foam that you can buy by the yard. The room was quite cold, heating was not on, and the blankets were thin. The 3rd blanket I found in the closet was dirty and stained. The restaurant had a limited dinner menu and I found a piece of plastic in my soup. I am glad we did not prepay for breakfast because that would have been an extra disappointment with no pastries offered at all, only sliced bread. Overall felt like a ripoff for over 50 dollars.

Clean bed at a good price at short notice
Missed connecting flight so needed a stop over at short notice. This Hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and was able to find me a room at 21:00 Staff very helpful even letting me print off documentation I needed and arranging hotel shuttle for 04:00

Honest review
The stay was good overall. The hotel itself was beautiful and antique design. The room was good but could be better. For example, the power sockets were inaccessible. I had to move the bedside drawers to plug my charger in. Not the end of the world, but still inconvenient. The air conditioning when turned on makes a lot of noise, making it awkward when trying to go to sleep sometimes. It’s a fair compromise for the price. Having said these points, the staff was amazingly accommodating and the place was very clean. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes

a little gem!
This was a gem of a hotel in an industrial area less than 10 minutes from the airport. If you have an early morning flight, this is a great choice. Nothing much around, just McD about 10 minute walk. On site restaurant. Fried pork was tough, try something else, might be better. Fabulous staff did everything to help with no stairs and ramps for my bad knees

Water problems
The room was super clean but there was no hot water and both the sink and shower had push buttons to turn on the water. Water would flow only for about a minute and then shut off. This is similar to a public bathroom. Unable to take a shower due to these issues.

I spent one night in the hotel that was my first time there!I use to stay in Vecses before my flight at the different hotel but at this time that was booked full so I was looking for other results and I found Sarokhaz Panzio ! It was very nice ,comfortable ,clean,and the staffs are wonderful nice,and helpful! I will back for sure next time!
