Good location walking distance to public transportation, safe neighbourhood, good dining options, apartment spacious with good natural light. I didn’t rate excellent as I wish the front desk went a bit out of their way, although I received the generic email asking if I needed any assistance and I understand during NYE most things to do were booked I wish they have provided some options as they were, even when asked where do Hungarians go to cerebrate they knew nothing and clearly there was big celebration on the streets with fireworks and music also I requested a car service to airport and clearly stated I have a lot of luggage I only got at 2:30 am a small taxi we had to wait for 20 minutes for a second taxi out in the cold, coming from service industry the front desk/concierge should go above and beyond.

The apartment was clean and the furnishings were very nice. There was a light out in the bathroom. Overall a very nice apartment and enjoyed the local restaurants and Lidl.

Well worth it!
The room was very spacious and featured a nice living room, complete kitchen, and balcony. The staff was helpful and accommodating. And the location was convenient, as it was located near multiple types of public transportation as well as places to eat and shop.

Great apartment for a stay in Budapest
The apartment is located in the heart of the Corvin District; all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops are in the near. The apartment is clean, well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location literally easy to get around and taxis super cheap from the apartment area, we used their local uber company called Bolt! Reception was helpful and check in was quick and fast Anything we needed we got help with quickly! Apartment was also super clean and cute!

The apartment did not have water. We called the front desk and they offered to move us into a one bed room apartment or give us our money back. Very disappointed that we were not told that there will not be any water. We got there at ten at night and it was not suitable for us to take any of their options with three kids. Trying to find a different place after reimbursement at ten at nigh, or being crammed into a one bedroom place.

Conveniently located apartments
Nice apartments close to good restaurants, public transportation and shopping center. Excellent service from young personnel which are able to provide useful information about tours, boat trips, thermal baths and good restaurants. Definitely, Budapest is a city to come back and these apartments are a good option to stay.

We stayed for 3 nights in Budapest and picked this place based on reviews. When we arrived, the staff member could not have been more polite, she was genuinely lovely, friendly and spoke incredible English. We paid for our return transfer (had to be at the airport for 4am!) and we were then taken to our apartment which was lovely. Really clean and spacious, an absolute bargain for what we paid. The location is on a street with a few restaurants/bars and it's right next to a shopping centre with high street brands and a supermarket. This was open really late to walk through and made for a good shortcut. On the second day, as the weather wasn't great, we opted for the 48h hop on hop off sightseeing bus which included a boat tour. We bought the tickets for this at the hotel reception which was really easy. The stop for this was just through the shopping centre and round the corner and allowed us to see a lot of the further out places with ease. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again if I were to visit in the future.

Property was exactly how it looked like in photo, it was very clean and spacious and the people at reception were very helpful, would 100% stay here again. Property is located in the centre right next to a shopping centre and an aldi, loads of little restaurants around and only a 10 minute walk to the metro.

Was hard to find check in when shuttle dropped us off. Was walking the streets at midnight looking for it without a way to call. The apartment itself was very convenient, with location, kitchen and washer. Big problem we had was when we checked in they said to come into the office day before and they would arrange our shuttle pickup for us. We did and thought we was all set. Next day waited for a shuttle that didn't come and found out they didn't contact the shuttle to arrange just said they did. We almost missed our flight and had to pay for an additional cab fare. Their response when asked for reimbursement of cab fare was that it was our responsibility to make the arrangements. I wish the girl in the office had told us that instead of confirming our time. Poor customer service to me. Apartment fit our needs and would recommend, but don't trust them with anything else!

Our Family stayed at this hotel, while checking-in the hotel asked for the Credit Card Details e.g., number and Expiry date claiming that these details are required as a security measure. Later, details of my Credit Card were available online and sold online. My bank alerted me of this event and blocked my card automatically. We liked the quietness, the small garden in front of balcony, we liked the team, they were always helpful. The bathtub was dangerous getting in and out, a shower would be a better solution without a bathtub for bathroom. The kitchen was poorly equipped.

The property is a great location surround by many places to eat and drink and right next to a shopping center, We got a 2 bedroom apartment which was very big and also had a sofa bed for our 3rd guest, the apartment was very nice and appeared to be clean, there were some stain on the window sill and walls which were a bit dirty looking but otherwise the apartment was very clean, My only main problem was just on top of my wardrobe was a pair of mens underwear that were dirty on top of my wardrobe most likely from a previous guest,

Very good location and apartment layout. Good balcony overlooking trees and quiet courtyard in a convenient and safe area next to good amenities. Limited items in kitchen cupboards for drink and food preparation. Two balcony chairs for 3 guests is obviously not enough. Checkin is pleasant but advertised as available 10am to 1am. Actually absent at times. Waited 30 minutes outside the empty office to check out. Emergency phone number to contact staff does not work even with help from a local. Safe broken and reported on arrival but not repaired. Ran out of toilet paper twice and cleaner didn't replace.

Our stay here was amazing. The room was very nice. What really hits it out of the park is the office staff. They are so friendly and helpful that they really made staying at Corvin the best experience. Blanka in the office made me feel more like friends than just a guest.

Good apartment with home feeling, very convenient
Fitting our expectations very well. The experience started off with the very helpful Orsa to take us to apartment and answered any questions we had in English. Given the well equipped apartment, including internet access, we can actually “live” our normal ways and also have gone grocery shopping from the very close by supermarkets around. All these helped us to maximize our time on sight seeing and taking enough great photos to keep my lady happy! If one thing need to be improved, it is to provide a few more spare toilet rolls in the apartment so that you don’t risk the “emergency”!

Lovely apartment, really big and in a great location, everything you need on doorstep, Lidl’s just up road too. Staff very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful. Property was large and spacious and well kept. Beds extremely comfortable. Only thing is wish the room was a little cooler and that there was a hairdryer!!

Great location. However property was let down by lack of items. I paid for a service apartment for 6 people. No kettle, 2 towels, 4 pillows no sheets for sofa bed, 3 mugs, no pans. How can you call it a serviced apartment when you do have all the amenities in there. When asked reception for extra items a very lame we don’t have a kettle response. After explaining 3 times we needed a kettle one arrived. Would not recommend.

Cleaning wasn’t great. Soap available to wash the dishes was like water. Soap available in the toilet makes our skin completely dry. Common areas of the building were very dirty. The apartment itself is very nice. The streets around at night are very dark. Walking to any transport around 10min. I’m not sure that would stay here again.

The apartment was quite new and modern. It was very clean and the people at the reception were friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be one morning my partner and i were sleeping and the cleaners let themselves in, came into out room and woke us up. They just kept saying 'cleaning'. We did ask them to leave. Which they did. Other than that it was a nice stay although it is quite a walk from ghe centre but the metro is nearby if you dont fancy walking.
