" ⸻ I stayed at this hotel in Vienna for 4 days. It’s a very nice hotel—clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Even though I went through some difficult days in Vienna, the hotel staff supported me. I had my wallet, passport, and phone stolen in Vienna. The receptionist Moritz was constantly helpful. He helped me get in touch with my family and printed out city maps for me. "Just a wonderful hotel. My favorite and lucky to have the chance to stay there every year. Great breakfast, great location with plenty of character, close enough to major sites but not touristy, clean, all the amenities one needs/wants. Like many hotels in Vienna, has an interesting history (composer of Gone with the Wind born there). Reasonable price. I really like this hotel!"
