"For a short business trip to Lausanne, this hotel was very conveniently located opposite the main train station. The room was clean; only downside was the air-con not working. Breakfast was good but at £25 per person not cheap. Staff were friendly and professional."

"The hotel is quite nice and in an excellent location. We booked a suite with a terrace and supposed lake view. While the room was plenty large and well appointed. The terrace was a 2x2 terrace on the side with a barely visible view of the lake through several trees. We also experienced no hot water for a full day out of a 4 day stay. While we understand that equipment breakdowns happen; management felt an AI written apology was sufficient. My experience in similar circumstances has been that customers deserve a bit more in terms of credits or discounts to maintain satisfaction in these type of situations. "
