"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Poorly Maintained I would highly recommend staying elsewhere. My experience at the Super 8 in Bedford was severely disappointing from start to finish. To start, the parking lot was in terrible condition. Inside, the entire hotel smelled heavily musty, and because the windows did not open, there was no way to let in any fresh air. The room itself was incredibly outdated and poorly maintained. "Staff is very friendly. We booked a queen bed room and was initially given a two bedroom room due to a mix up. We unlocked room and before we could do anything else they came to us apologizing about the mix up. They then gave us a king bedroom and only charged us for a double bedroom. All of this without us saying a word! We will definitely be booking with them everytime we pass through, which happens often. Rooms and amenities are nice, clean, comfy and plentiful."

"Recommendation #1 - Park on the back side, as there is a lot more room and much easier to maneuver. Breakfast was included, but may have been the worst hotel breakfast that I have had. Staff is working hard, but could be more personable. The room was decent, but some maintenance could make it much better. The room had a smell, like it used to be smoking and it is just too hard to cover up. Good location with restaurants nearby."
