"Hotel staff were amazing!!! I’ve never had such a wonderful welcoming. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Good variety of items. Room was clean and checked all my boxes. Would stay there again."

"The main lights didn’t work at the door. There was roaches crawling on the counter top and in the sick in the bathroom. Comb under the bed mattress that looked like it had been there a while. Floor had dirt all over. Very unclean. Person living in the next room over had pets. Did not stay refused and received a refund."

"Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and request for 1st floor was granted. We only had coffee but food smelled good. Only complaint is with Expedia. Although the 1st floor was granted, it is not always the case. Also, the hotel is pet friendly but the charge for pet is not included in the rate at booking. Can’t Expedia show the actual pet rates for the rooms? Thank you"
