I would absolutely stay at this place again. The staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. Wi-Fi was great throughout the hotel and check with seamless. The next time I come to the city, I will stay in this hotel again.

Deben mejorar en el servicio del restaurante del desayuno. Los meseros son desatentos. Los huevos y la comida estaba fría, la fruta no estaba fresca. El pan viejo y demás. No fue muy placentera la experiencia. Las mesas sucias y no hay atención apropiada

The hotel requires women with long hair to use a swimming cap while in the pool. This policy is not in the description of the hotel. If you do not have a swimming cap you must buy one from the front desk. If a swimming cap is required and it is not mentioned before in the hotel description, the swimming cap should be offered free. My friend had tied her hair up and said she would not place her head under water, but she was refused.

I had an excellent time at this hotel, everyone is very friendly and it’s always clean plus it is connected to 2 shopping centers so it’s in a convenient area. Definitely worth a stay.

Great place to stay 👌 awesome location.
The service was awesome! The bed was amazing, and the air-conditioning work great. Morning coffee was a bit week, But I would ask for an expresso and combine the two.. it would be perfect 👌 Morning coffee. Great place to stay.. We would definitely go back. The hotel is connected to 3 shopping mall.. and one grocery store. excellent even abancse on the fifty floor Movie's, Bowling, restaurants, coffe and live music in the evenings. I FELT VERY SAFE! thank you Sonista hotel for an awesome experience.

Our stay at the Sonesta
The hotel was very clean. Convenient shopping at the malls close by with plenty of restaurants. The staff was wonderful especially Jorge in the restaurant. At times the construction near the hotel made it difficult to sleep. But not every night. I will be back again next year.

Bed bugs in Bucaramanga
Hotel provided ear plugs as every night heavy construction began and continued to sun rise. Was miserable experience as unable to sleep. Worse than the construction I have bites all over my body from bed bugs. So all things consider this 4 star hotel should be avoided at all costs

This is our second stay. The hotel is near tons of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Walking in the neighborhood is ok! Staff is attentive Ian’s helpful in every way! We will be back again!
