"This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back."

"I was not intending to spend as many nights in Bucaramanga as I did, but my car & mechanic had other ideas! There are a lot of things within walking distance of the hotel, there’s a 3 story mall where I was able to find some inexpensive cigars to enjoy by the rooftop pool along with a very reasonably priced cafe americano from the same mall & both on the first floor. I walked most places, took Uber when it was either too hot or raining, but I walked to & from an acupuncturist, a massage spot...

"Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. On site security guards provides safety for guests in hotel. Rooms are large, clean. Bed is comfortable. Clean and spacious bathroom with hot water. Breakfast included with msnt good choices of fresh fruit, eggs, cereals, juice, meat and soup. Great value for money. WiFi works well. "
