It is Bonita

Had trouble with room’s door and I was immediately moved to another room once I told Front Desk about the problem. All Personnel was great, the awesome included breakfast is Superb. I did not get in the pool but rested a little by it and was an awesome spot to relax a little. There’s so many options to eat less than 2 mins away that there’s no need for you to leave the surroundings. Plus, so importantly, pharmacies and an Oxxo near by Both rooms felt a bit too tight for me, I am only 5’11 & 195lbs, therefore it is a bit likely to not be sleeping there again

Ao chegar no hotel, não havia água, disseram que estavam consertando a bomba ou coisa parecida. Ficou mais de 1 hora para o conserto. E ninguém me falou nada na recepção, só fui descobrir quando cheguei no quarto para tomar banho e tive essa surpresa. A água do ralo do box do banheiro saia pelo ralo do outro lado, em frete ao vaso sanitário, e causando mau cheiro. Em um outro dia, não tinha água quente, só fria, e isso ficou da noite até a manhã seguinte.

The service and food of the hotel is great, the only problem we had was that on our room the bathroom door could not be closed and the bed’s sheets were a bit dirty but then they changed them

IMPOSIBLE PARA EJECUTIVOS DE EMPRESAS

El Hotel extremadamente básico, en una zona muy ruidosa y congestionada. La habitación ¨superior¨ que reserve supuestamente para tener mas comodidad solo tenia un balcón de 1 M2 bastante malo como para sentarse a tomar un café, sin vista, sillas metálicas oxidadas. Las mesas de noche del cuarto bastante viejas, el inodoro del baño no descargaba el agua y se quedaba con fuga, el aire viejo sin la función swing funcionando. El desayuno limitado, la fruta la cobran adicional. Bastante regular.

A fantastic place to stay in B-manga

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. From the moment we pulled up to the door, the doorman helped us, then the front desk staff and so on. Comfortable rooms, good location, and restaurant and pool both were excellent. Morning breakfast was also very good. I wouldnt hesitate staying here again
