Loin de l’image que je m’en faisais…

Lorsque je suis arrivé, la réceptionniste m’a indiqué que je devrai changer de chambre le lendemain car, même si ma réservation pour un chambre standard avait été validée, ils n’avaient plus qu’une chambre familiale à me proposer. Le lendemain, je prépare les affaires pour changer de chambre et là ils m’annoncent qu’ils ont deux chambres de dispo : une dans fenêtre et une avec climatisation mais avec un supplément. Je visiter la première chambre qui ressemble à un placard (toute petite), je demande à avoir l’autre chambre, mais la réception exige que je paye un supplément. J’ai tenté de les faire raisonner que c’est eux qui voulait que je change de chambre car ils avaient donné ma chambre à un autre, mais rien n’y a fait : aucune flexibilité ! Ils ont exigé ce supplément. Je leur ai donc dit que si ils n’étaient pas disposé à faire un effort, je ne vois pas pourquoi moi je devrai en faire : je suis donc resté dans ma chambre. Je n’ai pas voulu changer. Cependant, la chambre n’a pas été faite, ni les draps changés, ni les serviettes,,,rien. De plus, à mon arrivée, il y avait de longs cheveux dans mon lits, la fenêtre de la sdb donna tout le couloir de l’hôtel s’ouvre depuis l’extérieur (n’importe qui peut ouvrir et le voir nu), et il y a beaoup de bruit. Je terminerai en indiquant que j’ai signalé que mon voisin fumait (malgré l’interdiction formelle) et répendait ses cendres dans le couloir, ce qui m’incommodait, l’odeur rentrant dans ma chambre, mais rien n’a été fait.

cucarachas por todos lados

el hotel tiene una tarifa muy baja, esto es favorable para el bolsillo de la mayoria, sin embargo el aseo de las dos habitaciones que usamos no fue la mejor, al abrir las puertas en las dos habitaciones habian cucarachas por todo lado, al prender las luces salieron a correr a esconderse, las habitaciones tienen muy mal olor al parecer problemas con las cañerias, pero no se si es el precio de pagar una tarifa tanbaja
