If you're choosing this place you are downtown. You're in a very basic place the water is cold from the shower but it's a secure location and you choose it because it's less expensive so there's nothing to complain about if you're here it's very basic.

Basic services, nothing else. The water is cold in Bucaramanga, as in this hotel. Nothing bad, just what you get. The only "complaint" that I have is that they tried to get a hotel tax and quoted that was after b30 days in country. I verified it bis SIXTY days and you pay the tax. They refunded because I pushed it - be aware.
