"Staff were efficient in their communication and the facilities were in place to start my holiday very promptly (check in instructions etc key pickup) location was very good with taxi ranks,trams, buses and e scooters very close nearby. Food and groecy shops also being very close as well. Also very easy to get to the Old town from where the hotel is situated"

"Studio confortable avec une cuisine et une salle de bain. Tout était propre et pratique. Je n’ai pas été dérangé de tout mon séjour et il n’y avait pas de bruit. Nous sommes à 15min à pied de tout le centre. Une station de train a 7/8 min et de tram à 5 min. "

"Very happy with our stay. However, it was very confusing to understand how to check in. On hotels.com it says you can only check in during certain hours but in reality you smack check in at any time. Also tried to contact the hotel but none of the numbers worked."
