"Great location only minutes from the station, promenade, pier and beaches. Wonderful hosts who are friendly and happy to help with any questions. Wonderful breakfast and nothing is too much trouble for them plus he makes great poached eggs. It was our wedding anniversary and they surprised us with bottles of Prosecco to celebrate"

"This quest house is excellent location with lovely view over the prom, they have everything from shoe horn, bath robes, cotton wool pads,ear buds, coffee,tea,water, shamppoo,conditioner,body wash, moisturiser,flannel,hairdryer ,the breakfast is fab they have thought of everything,their book in the room for info is also fab and much more, excellent stay."

"Das Frühstück im Hotel für 3 Tage bestand aus 2 Packungen Toastbrot und abgepackte Marmelade zum selber machen. Self-Checkin wurde nicht angekündigt und die notwendigen türcodes wurden nicht zugeschickt. Erst bei der zweite Telefonnummer (Zettel gingen an der Rür) ging jemand ran"

"Property in a good location, very close to the pier and promenade. Although not facing the sea front you could see it when sat outside the front of the property. Short walk to the main street and the Tram to the Orme. Parking not guaranteed outside the property but Sue the owner does her best to accommodate. We always reserve our car parking at the train station and walk to the accomodation."

"We had a lovely stay, breakfast was amazing!! The only thing we can fault is the bed, it was so hard and uncomfortable that we felt bruised and battered the next morning! Would of definitely stayed another night if it hadn’t of been so uncomfortable as the weather picked up on the day we were leaving "
