"This is a two star hotel at best. We asked to change rooms because the duvet cover had stains. The rooms range from dark to dingy. Decor is East Block circa 1990. Creepy dark corridors. Our room had the shower in the bedroom, separated by a curtain similar to what you find in hospitals. The shower was a sunken bathtub which posed a hazard to enter and exit.
The hotel is more than three kilometres from the historic centre. Since the tram was closed, taxi fares added about 100 Euros to the cost....
"Staff were all helpful and very pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious enough for 5 people. Bathroom was also big and clean. If it wasn’t for it’s location, I would’ve scored it 5/5! Just stay guarded during the day time and uber home at night!"
"Très belle chambre. Literie très bonne. On ne peut que regretter l'absence de dosettes de courtoisie pour la machine Nespresso, la table mal nettoyée qui a laissé des traces de produit gluant sur nos manches et le manque de convivialité lors du check out. Une couverture aurait également été bienvenue la nuit mais nous ne l'avons pas trouvée."
