"It’s one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere and I liked the ambiance of the hotel along with spaciousness of the suite we stayed at, it was very nicely designed also but unfortunately the suite had a sewage smell in it! The moment we entered the suite the smell was there and nothing could be done about it since we only had room for one night & hotel was completely booked! "

"Brussels central station is only 6 min walk , grand place was only 3 to 5 min walk . Lot of restaurants around the hotel . Gallery was only 2 min away . I would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay very local to hotel and lots of brunch / dine in places to look into it . "

"The shuttle only runs early morning and late afternoon and evening. No information for users who arrive outside those hours. We paid 40 euros for a taxi to the hotel...should have info for users accessing the hotel outside shuttle hours."
