The staff was excellent. Olivier at the front desk was very helpful. We found the cappuccinos and hot chocolate a the hotel were the best. Camille at the bar during breakfast is a had worker. Dolce Amore and TerO are excellent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. When I do return to Belgium I will be staying here for sure.

We had a small problem with the room we booked but were moved straight away to an upgraded room without any debate. Jessica and the team were fantastic.

This place was amazing, the staff are nice and very welcome! Ideal location if you want to impress your GF or your other half. The possibility to play with the light system to make it the way you want it’s just amazing. Definitely looking forward to comeback!

Staff very nice!!!!! But the fact that we had to be quiet because they were filming, had to walk over and around film equipment, film staff would not step aside so we could get in and out of elevator or the lobby was ridiculous.

Harmon House is an elegant boutique hotel in the perfect location of Brussels! A 5 minute walk to the high street shops and 30 minute walk to Grand Place! The gym is excellent with absolutely every possible piece of equipment available. The spa is faultless, a powerful and hot steam room, a beautiful dimly lit pool area at a good temperature, with ultra modern changing rooms and a waiter on hand for drinks. The bedrooms (We were upgraded to a Master Suite due to the double room being not to our expectations) are fantastic and spacious! A huge bath and shower area and Smart TV! Only improvement in my opinion could be for the option of food. It would’ve been nice to sit in the bar area, and have food options as next door (Pentahotel) had food and sports bar facilities! As for how staff are, Thiago was absolutely excellent and provided amazing assistance to us! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay! Special Thanks Thiago!

Great stay. Close to most landmarks in Brussels but not in the middle of everything/chaos. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Perfect for a holiday in Brussels
Amazing hotel and friendly/helpful staff. My husband and I stayed here as our 2nd hotel in Brussels because I wanted a little bit more of a comfortable yet elevated experience instead of always going for the cheapest option, and am I glad I asked my husband to do a second hotel! This was such a nice hotel in a better/cleaner location. The location was also near metro stations and tram stations. It's right by a convenience store and many other restaurants. The staff were super nice to us and were able to accommodate us even though we arrived early. We were only looking to ask them to help us store our bags since we got there at 10am, but the gentleman at the reception said they already had a room available so we didn't have to wait. Thank you so much for that! I also appreciate that both sides of the bed had a touchscreen feature that helps us control room temp, a do not disturb feature, helps us with turning on/off lights, and an ambiance feature.

The location of the hotel is great - multiple shops and restaurants around. The bed was comfortable, the room was big. I enjoyed the mini fridge and complimentary coffee. However, there needs to be more amenities in the bathroom: hand soap, conditioner would be nice.

Highly Recommend
Can not recommend this hotel enough. It is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Stayed here between Christmas and New Year in one of the suites and it was absolutely delightful. Staff are brilliant and the whole experience has been a joy (and you always get crisps with your drink 🤗👍)

Nice business trip stay
Harmon House delivered what I needed and expected for a business trip. The bed was too soft for my liking, but I still had a good night because it was so quiet. The shower doesn't have a light in it, so it can feel a bit dark. Apart from that, it was a great stay. Staff were very friendly.

The air conditioning was not working properly so after letting the front desk know, we were told that they had a faulty air conditioning system and have been waiting for a week already to have ti repaired. They are busy constructing another building right next door and the noise from the digging came through the hotel. The tram noise from the out side was very loud. No offer of compensation or complimenatry breakfast was offered, just a credit for the one cup of coffee I had.

Good location, right on the tram line less than a block from one of the stops. Very new small hotel with nice modern rooms. Checked in close to midnight and AC seemed really weak but lucky it was a cool night and was able to open the balcony doors to cool off the room quickly. AC would be my only complaint. Not sure how it would do on a hot July day.

About 20 minutes' walk from Brussels-Midi or central. Nice decor, digital, and friendly staff. Quite quiet (though tram can be heard). There is a Carrefour just across the street. The penthouse room with terrace is big, although there may need more walls to segregate different parts of the room. Overall, good for a short, romantic stay.

The room was very modern and and comfortable. Very clean and quiet in spite of the huge construction site next door. The only thing that surprised us was the bill for breakfast at the end of our stay as we were not informed that it was not complimentary. I don’t mind paying but I would have liked to have been told at check in.
