"You need to let fuure guests know that the hotel shuttle doesnt run from approx. 10am
until 5pm.
this will prevent guests like myself from standing at the shuttle stop for an hour and then finding out the actual hours it operates.
I incurred a cost of over 30 euros for a taxi.
Your greeting email says "Look for Big Hotel shuttle - you can't miss it!"
Nothing about the hours it operates."
