"We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We stayed with our new born and we were greeted with a lovely baby towel, wash and cot upon our arrival to the room. Our stay was peaceful and just how we wanted to see in our new year. Staff allowed us to order a local takeaway and eat in our room & provided cutlery when the food arrived. Breakfast was amazing and included various options. "

"Beautifully clean and appointed accommodation. Host very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the bed is just a normal double size.. for us we prefer a bigger bed. Lovely seating area by a pond which would have been nice to sit by if the weather had been kinder! Definitely recommend . "

"We were greeted at the door, such a lovely welcome, shown around and to our room. We had some lovely food in the beautiful sitting room with an open fire. The room was gorgeous with a bath and seperate shower. Topped off in the wonderful breakfast room. All the staff were lovely and so helpful, we couldn't fault it......thank you xxx"

"Didn’t have breakfast, but if the standard of food is everything like the evening meal we had it would be excellent.. it was really cold on the night we stayed but the entire building was cozy. We could adjust our room temperature which was ideal. Could not fault anything"

When you are arriving at midnight after a long and delayed journey, the last thing you want is to fill in a form with the same details that should already have been transmitted by Hotel.com / Expedia. "This is a great hotel for an overnight at the airport. Clean, well appointed rooms and welcoming staff. Only downside was the shuttle has change, we booked a specific time and as we arrived in reception the shuttle drove off. Staff said it would 15/20mins before it was back so we chose to walk to the terminal at 4am in Jan. Two mins after leaving the hotel the shuttle returned but we wee already at the edge of the property and couldn’t risk going back to only see it sail off again. Lost the cost...
