"We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms in our party. The other rooms were perfect. "Blinds allow too much ambient light in at night, I could have read a book in the light from outside. Mattress way too soft. Shower shampoo was in a tiny little bottle and small face towel was very worn."
