This hotel was not open. Burned in a fire and was roped off and boarded up. We received no notice and arrived to a burnt up, boarded up old fire scene.

Our hotel burnt down and everything in the hotel we have lost we've got nothing but run around from the hotel and we still had to pay out of pocket to stay at a different Hotel we are on appreciate it lied to it was the worst day that we have had ever had

Not pleased that I rented a hotel with a pool to find out upon arrival that the pool was closed for repairs. Big disappointment with kids.

The pool was closed and it was never communicated that it was , the lock on our room door was broken so my 1 year old was able to open the door and anybody else who wanted to get in! I asked the lady at the front if the pool was closed and all she said was yes it’s closed never explained why or had any type of apology !

No working pool and nasty beds

I was not informed nor did the advertisement say that the pool is open. I walk outside to have condensation drip on me from a overhead hvac unit. The pool was so unclean I couldn’t see the second step in the pool. Plus their were still leaves in the pool. I booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night. The next morning I noticed the sheets came off the bed and it looked like the bed was infested with dark black spots in the front on the boxspring.

Ok stay - only in the room at night

Right off !95 and close to all restaurants, malls, cinema, etc. Main complaint was the pool was not working (seems to happen to us more than I would like to say), use a lot of fragrance in the rooms and halls, security doors broken (although it was a safe area), whenever you remodel have better colors in the rooms and halls so it doesn't look so dinchy - even though the rooms were very clean.

Wasnt impressed.

It was a place to stay, BUT it was memorial day weekend and the pool was GREEN. very disapppinted. It had a weird smell, the whole place. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, but it looked like the floor hadnt been vaccuumed for dayyyys. Seen 4 people with my own eyes during our 2 day stay refuse to stay and got a refund. We would have went elsewhere but everything was booked because of the holiday. Wasnt impressed, and we wont be staying there again.

Pool broken...no bueno

I was eager to arrive at the hotel in the afternoon to hopefully catch some sun and a swim at the pool...only to find out the pool was indispose and looked like a swamp...not clean...next time I will find another hotel

It was a place to sleep. The bathroom had pre-existing damage. For breakfast I had really dry eggs and two small, very hard (leathery) chunks of sausage. The coffee was right up there with my Mother-in-laws, who made terrible coffee.

The one and only perk of this place was the location. The room was grungy and I had to scrub the shower head the first night because it was covered in a black slime/grime. We had to go to the front desk several times because the cleaning person kept forgetting towels or would just leave one for two people. The worst part was the sketchy people that kept hanging out in the parking lot at all hours. It was creepy. The price wasn’t bad but we’ve stayed in way cheaper places that still had an actual key and tube tv that were less disappointing. We expected more for a Wyndham.

The hall rug on the third floor where we stayed was worn and stained. Tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked. The bathtub was old with thick mortar around it. Alot of the grout in the tub wall tile was discolored. The two queen beds were very nice with lots of pillows and comfortable mattresses. No additional furniture like chairs in room. Deep windowsill covered back wall suitable for suitcases. Also, a desk with room for a suitcase. Fridge, no freezer, had two more shelves than usual with easy to work controls. Room was comfortable. Had chips with salsa and hot melted cheese from 6-7 pm in buffet place in lobby. Very nice! Very pleasant staff saw to every need checking in and advising where to eat fresh seafood!

The staff was pleasant. The facilities were dated. The pool water was bright green algae. Who can swim in that and made me wonder how clean the place was before I saw my room. The rooms were dated and you could hear everything and everyone. Beds were uncomfortable. The TV control was missing the back and batteries were taped to the back. Room keys had tapes with room number hand written on the tape.Breakfast included what appeared to be powdered eggs. Don’t think I would ever go back
