"Stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience. The view is simply breathtaking and the castle is extremely charming. Food (breakfast and diner) and wine at the restaurants are high quality, inspired and locally sourced, though expensive. Their Brunello is VERY good. The room was super clean and the staff was very helpful throughout the entire...

"My husband and I spent 6 fabulous nights here. From the moment I made the reservation, I felt in good hands with great communication about any question I had. The front desk can assist with wine excursions, spa, cooking class and even are connected with a nice local gym you can attend for a small fee. We rented a car and it is a big bonus that this property has on-site parking included in the rate. The Palazzo is located in a prime location, also easy to get in and out which can be tricky in...

"Unfortunately, our third night at this hotel completely changed our experience for the worse. We were staying in Room 16, and the guests in the room next door, Room 14, were talking extremely loudly, laughing, and shouting continuously until around 4:00 AM. The noise made it practically impossible for us to sleep. We tried calling the hotel’s after-hours number 4–5 times during the night, hoping someone could intervene, but nobody answered. This was extremely frustrating. If an after-hours...

"Everything was perfection. Cant say enough about it. Starting mainly with the owners, Annalisa and Duccio. We have travelled to many destinations across the world. We have never had service to this level. They go above and beyond with exceptional service and truly make you feel like you are right at home and in a beautiful setting. Every detail, from the care and service to the accommodations and fresh delicious breakfasts served daily, is truly extraordinary. We would return with our family any...
