"Really well situated for the Poole Harbour area. The quay is about a one minute walk and there are many bars and restaurants with a 5 minute walk.
The hotel itself is in a charming old property and has a lovely outdoor terrace area for eats and drinks"

"Have stayed at here a few times. Good location and if you want to use public transport, there's a bus stop right outside. You don't need to venture very far for a good meal (downstairs!) and breakfast served is made to order. This is our go to place to stay for convenience for access to beach, buses to Swanage and nice walks!"

"Comfortable, clean rooms and great choice of breakfast made our one night stay very enjoyable. There was a wedding in the hotel on the same day but the staff made sure our room was away from the noise as much as possible. Good location 10 min walk into Bournemouth on a quiet road one street from the sea.
Watch out for the extra £10 car park charge though."

"A basic but satisfactory stay
Our stay at the hotel was okay overall, but the rooms were very basic. The furniture was functional, although nothing particularly special. Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room, and the windows could not be opened, which made the room feel a little less comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was a nice positive and was good overall, with a reasonable choice of options.
The shower could have been cleaner, as there was some hair left behind, although...
