"I had a perfect stay with my girlfriend for a long weekend. Eric and Susie were amazing hosts, serving delicious breakfast each day. The hot tub was luxurious and the area was beautiful. I’d 100% come back."

"Sheets were clean, but the headboard was nasty. Floor was iffy. Half old carpet and half hardwood. AC didn't work well. Room was damp and smelled funny. Left us 3 towels for 4 people. Beds very old and worn out. Breakfast was a bag with a granola bar and a muffin bar. No decaf coffee. Pool area smelled bad. Water was nasty. Even after washing our hair, it still smelled. Located 20 minutes from West point was one of the very few positives. We paid almost $200/night so we were quite dissatisfied."

"We did not use most amenities. We got in at midnight and had booked the room two weeks in advance. The woman at the front desk was so nice! We got into our room which was fine. Clean but the bathroom was showing some wear. The A/C strayed all over the coffee pot area and was leaking. We ended up just shutting it off. It could be related to the extreme temps we’ve been having (95+). We grabbed breakfast early. Breakfast is bistro style and you pay for it. It is not complimentary. You can charge...

"The check-in gent (Samba his name I believe) was helpful and personable (and speaks 4 languages), my room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable, water plentiful and hot, and the price was competitive. Further, and importantly, I'm a sound-sensitive person and my room was quiet. For all these reasons, I would stay at this hotel again."

"I’m not a big fan of leaving bad reviews, but this place is just way too dirty,like they don’t even try to clean the rooms. Absolutely filthy, it’s not even a problem that everything is super outdated, broken down, worn out, it’s just the Scheer level of uncleanliness everywhere. I’m talking walls and ceiling in addition to super gross floors. They’re in a great location, but holy smokes, I will never stay here again and I have pretty low standards."
