"The property was nicely modernized and decorated. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable, wonderful housekeeping services and very attentive. Don't look too closely as paint and hallways were dated and definitely signs of wear and tear - but for the price point, it was everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar are separately managed from the hotel, just as a FYI, but good food, drinks and service, Easy access to Riverwalk and all the areas we wanted to get to; would recommend to those on a budget and who appreciate a quieter area for sure."

"We had dirty sheets, floors were disgusting in hallways gross. Probably the dirtiest I’ve seen any building. Elevators slow and took forever and would close on you as you entered. Plus was close to everything and they let you check in early. The bed was made but made with dirty bloody sheets. Towels were hard as a rock - just couldn’t believe the overall care of the place."

"We went to our room and the TV had a big black line on the screen ; we took a picture of it just in case ; we talked to the manager about it and he offered another room; the other room didn’t have a working AC. We decided to leave and I asked for a refund, the manager said he’ll give us credit. We ended up going to another La Quinta but we made the reservation directly with the hotel. I am still waiting for the refund ."
