"Nice hotel, clean and quiet."

"Was what we expected, clean and quiet. Good for a Thursday traveling with a teen and child. Staff was nice, the pool is small, goes from 3 to 4 feet, no hot tub, but was good for what we wanted, it was not crowded, 2 other people were there part of the time, otherwise we had it to ourselves. Breakfast was good, pancakes, good beverage selection, sausages and eggs/omelettes, cinnamon rolls, the hotel usual and more that day, everyone found something they liked."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

"The breakfast/was not fully stocked. Had to wait 30 mins for bacon. Also had to wait for coffee."

"Came down for a weekend get away mixed with a concert. Had a wonderful experience. Nice room, cold fridge to keep drinks nice and frosty. Great tv. Was quiet. Gym was great good equipment really helped stay active. Breakfast adequate"

"Underground parking with elevator right by car was great for the 7 floors here. Room was huge and no complaints on any of the room. Close to interstate so some road noise if AC not running to buffer that noise. Might just be cause I had the last room on a outside wall closet to freeway. Gym was better than most(75lb dumbbells!). Only gripe was breakfast wasnt included. Very clean, nice building decent sized tv with free HBO..will stay here again if in Albany."

"Always clan , never missed. Large breakfast variety. Pool is convenient. Hot tub never works though so that’s a bummer"

"Staff was nice Easy to get to mvp arena Pretty inside. Cons Light fixture was gross Blood on a drawer Dust on frames Bathroom door hard to shut"

"Understaffed, rooms not properly cleaned. Buffet is $22 per person and at 9am there was nothing left so we did not get to dine. Thankfully the minimally present staff were friendly and understanding. We were comped but for a Hilton it did not give a Hilton feel especially in a downtown metro Area."

"Done through Expedia. Wrong date on confirmation, needed to cancel. Called hotel. Hard to understand guy who answered. Then he laughed and told me to call Expedia. Ended up with no room and had to keep driving in rain storm. Had to pay for room we never used."
