"The home owner was very responsive and offered ideas for places to visit with my grandchildren. The fenced backyard was nice. Lots of space for our 8 family members. The property was well kept and the neighborhood was very quiet. Super close to many shopping and dining options as well as being close to Cleveland. "

However, when I talked to the person at the front desk (Chelsea), she changed my room without hesitation and provided a better option that suited me. Chelsea was absolutely so professional and friendly. She truly made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again.
